Hello everyone!

Today I’m going to make a feedback about my English lessons at the University. 

I can say that it was a little bit difficult in English level 3 because I finished the School in 2011, and I started English at the University in 2014. My only practiced in Bachillerato was read a lot of papers in English but I didn’t have lessons in Bachillerato only this year in Odontology. This semester I’m doing English level 4 and it wasn’t so difficult for me like the last semester because I made English 3. My experience in English lesson at the university is very satisfactory. I practice a lot my English, and this semester I learn a lot of new words and I remember the grammar that I forgot.

About using blogs I think it helps me to practice again English in the writing part. I think that blogs are a very good implements for practice this language and I think that the blogs of English 3 and 4 help me a lot in my writing part of this language, or I hope that.

I really need to improve my pronunciation and my grammar. I think that I would like to learn English on an Institute or something because I would like to make in the future investigation in odontology and English is vital to this part of the career.

Also I would like to make again the FCE again, I made this exam in the School and I didn’t pass. And I really want to make this exam again and this time I want to pass.

Since I began the University I use English because all the important information or research for other countries are in English, also our teachers send us a lot of information in English so I use English a lot and I think that I would use English all my career.

In this blog I’m going to talk about a topic that today is very important if we want that the future be good for our future family, this topic is the environment protect.

In Chile the people don’t know so much about how to protect the environment. Or maybe they know about it but the people don’t make so much for the environment. In my case I didn’t know so much about this, but when I made my school exchange to Germany I learned a lot for that country in this area.  Today I’m treating to put on practice the most things that I learn in Germany. I separate my trash, but I don’t have trash can for compost so I can’t separate the trash correctly. Fortunately my building have the different trash can for plastics, papers, and the other trash.

 Also   when I go to the supermarket I use a recycling bag instead of the plastic bag. I normally walk or use the public transport. I don’t have a car here in Santiago and I really don’t want one because I think that Santiago have so many cars that you can go faster in subway.  I don’t join in eco-organizations because I don’t have so much time.  But I would like to help that in more places the people can separate the trash and the local council respect this separation.

I think that Santiago need more trash can. It is a very simple step to begin. The most of the people in Santiago drop a lot of trash in the floor and that don’t help for the environment and also that don’t help to have a Santiago more beautiful!

Hello everybody!

In this post I’m going to talk about my year 2014. This year, or so far this year, has been really good.  Although this year began not so well. But I think that there are more good things that bad things for me.

This year began with the end of Bachillerato in this University, and with my big achievement, my transfer to my career Odontology. I was very happy to finally end this program, and all the things that Bachillerato gave to me. Like very good friends, my boyfriend, my career, and a lot of lessons for my life, in the general area and in the academic area. 
Also I’ve continued with Odontology, and I really enjoy this career, I really like it, and I’m very happy with my choice! 

This year began not so well, because I lost my grandfather and my family had a lot of troubles, but now these troubles didn’t exist anymore!

I haven’t danced this year. I really want to do this but I didn’t have the money to make this, but I hope that next year I will go to a dance academy and I can return to dance.

I didn’t have the money for the dance academy because I will make a trip with my friends and my boyfriend. We have all ready to go in December to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!  I’m so exciting for this trip! But first I have to finish my academic year, still now I have good marks and I pretend to still like that.

Hello Everybody

Today I’m going to talk about a topic that not everybody loves. Today I have to choose one topic and it is Mondays.

This is a day of the week that the most of the people don’t like it. It is the first day after the weekend. Everybody loves weekends. But Mondays are a little bit complicated.
Mondays is the day of the week between Sunday and Tuesday.

In my opinion Mondays are good and bad at the same time. They are good because it is the beginning of a new week and you can refresh your energies. And it is bad because we have to go back to the university; other people have to go back to the job or school.

A lot of people think that Mondays are boring and they begin Mondays  or Sunday night with the thought that the weekend was so short, I didn’t rest enough, I have to wake up so early tomorrow, I dind’t make all the things that I want to do this weekend, etc. In summary a lot or the most of the people hate this day. 

Personally, I think that we have to see the positive side of Mondays. Every Sunday I think Ok, it is a new week with a lot of new challenge and the most important thought for me Mondays are a little bit closer to the next weekend!

The News in Chile

Hello everybody

Today I’m going to talk about some news for a Chilean newspaper. The name of the newspaper is “Las últimas noticias” that name in English mean the latest news.

In the today news we found a very interesting story. It is about a Chilean boy of a Chilean institute for people that need physical rehabilitation, calls “Teleton”. 

Wladimir Silva is a young adult of 22 years old. He was born with Poland Syndrome. This syndrome is the responsible that some people are born without all the muscles and without some fingers of the hand. 

Wladimir has the last case that I said. The good news is that Wladimir received this Tuesday a new plastic hand, that was printout with a printer in 3D.

I like this story because for me is very interesting to know all the advantages that the technology give to us. And the most interesting in this story is that the new hand of Wladimir was not so expensive. It very good to know that this people can have a solution and this solution is not very expensive and it is not too difficult to have one. 

I think that it would be great that the government buy this prosthesis and the people doesn’t need to make all the rehabilitation of his own, because today the only institute that doesn’t cost a lot  and have the best professionals is “Teleton” and this institute don’t receive money for the government, only for the caring people from Chile.

Hello bloggers !

Today in my blog I want to write about what job I would like to have in the future.  I always want to study odontology so I really would like to work in this area. I like this major because with this major I can help another people to get better the oral health. I don’t like to be private practice; I really want to work with people that don’t have the opportunity to have a dentist. I came from Puerto Montt, and all my family live outside the city. In the south of Chile the medicine and the odontology is not very good and I really want to go there and help this people that doesn’t have the same opportunity that a person from the big city has. So I would like to be a dentist of the FACH. The FACH is the Chilean Air Force. They have differents programs with remote locations, and they have a complete staff of doctors and dentist and they go to these locations of Chile and give to this people the treatment that they need. I hope that I can do this because I really think that everybody need this attentions, I would like that these locations have the opportunity because Chile has to understand that Santiago isn’t the only city in the country.

Hello everyone! 

Today I’m going to write about my favorite artist! But first I have to say that my hobbie and my artist passion is Classic Ballet! So I choose my favorite artist in that area!

I’m going to write about Andreza Randisek. She is a Brazilian dancer and the principal and the star dancer of the Ballet of Santiago. She studied dance in Sao Paulo, Miami and in the Ballet Bolshoi. Bolshoi is one of the best companies of ballet in the world. She won a lot of different awards around the world, since she began to dance.

I met her in 2001 when I was with my Ballet academy in a presentation on the day of the dance. She went to Puerto Montt and she danced a beautiful pax de duex. We took a lot of photos with her and she was very likeable and very good dancer.

I really like Andreza because she is so natural to dance, when I look her I think she fly and enjoy every movement in the stage.

This year I saw her in the Black Swan. I think that is my favorite character of her and when she made Carmen in the Carmen Ballet.

In Black Swan she really made that you feel all the emotion for the character and just dancing.

Hi everyone!

Today I’m going to write about my last holidays. In summer 2014 my friends and I decided to go to Pucon and Valdivia. It was very relaxing because we finally ended Bachillerato, so it was our first summer without summer semester and all the things of the university. We began our trip on 15 february 2014. We began this summer in Pucon we stay one week. In Pucon we make paintball, we went to the beach every day and in the beach we swam in the lake and we played football. The last day in Pucon the weather was not very good so we decided to go to thermal springs. If it were not raining, we could go to the beach that day.

Later we went to Valdivia. We stayed 4 days in the house of my friend Catalina. In Valdivia we saw the “Semana Valdiviana”. It is a really fun party, there is a lot of activities. We saw the night of Valdivia, in that night a lot of ships with a lot of lights and a beautiful decorations.  That day we could be in the center of the city as long as we wanted it, so it was very nice be there all night next to the river in Valdivia. I think that was the best night in all our summer.

We are working a lot because this year we decided to go to Brazil, I’m really excited for this summer because I really want to know Brazil and the best thing is that I can know this beautiful place with the best company, my friends!

Hi everyone to my new blog!

In my first post I want to write about wich country I would like to visit someday !

I really would like to visit Thailand. I think that the culture of this country is very awesome and very new for me. The culture in Thailand is very different in comparison of Chile! I know the traditional things that everybody knows. Things like the gastronomy, the Buddhism and the Caribbean weather.  I would like to visit the beach, Thailand have very nice and relaxing beaches. I also want to go to the temples and learn a little more about the Buddhism.

I think that it would be a very nice experience to work in Thailand. I would like to make a program like “Work and Travel” or something like that!

Hi!

Today I want to talk about a very funny topic. I’m going to write about cartoons.

Since I’m at the university I didn’t have so much time to see cartoons but sometimes I see The Simpson in afternoon.

However when I was a child I saw a lot of cartoon. I saw Pokemon, Power Rangers, Sailor Moon, Tom and Jerry and others that I can’t remember, but my favorite cartoon was absolutely Tom and Jerry.

Tom and Jerry is an American animated series of short films created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. It shows on a rivalry between its two main characters. They are Tom, who is a cat and Jerry, who is a mouse. They are the characters of this serie.

These shorts episodes features comedic fights between a house cat and mouse. So in each shorts center on Tom’s numerous attempts to capture Jerry and the mayhem and destruction that follows. Tom rarely succeeds in catching Jerry and that was the most funny of this shorts that Tom make all to catch this intelligent mouse and he didn’t make it. That was what I really like for this cartoon.

I think that everybody can see cartoons, I saw always Tom and Jerry with my parents and they love this cartoon too. Today there is a lot of cartoon and a lot of channels that only transmit cartoon for babys or for little child but I have to say that today cartoons are not the same that in the past.
